Agriculture and food industries are key industries to each and every nation’s economy regardless of their ratio to the GDP. It is not only an important market effect but also the undisputable importance of high-quality and high-safety foodstuff for the consumer. The consumers from both markets are already familiar with foodstuff from the partner countries and all stakeholders have the ambition to further widen their portfolio. The necessary precondition is tackling custom as well as non-tariff trade barriers. The mutual cooperation has improved recently which seems to promise its further deepening.
